By using this site you agree to the terms below. The content — copy, imagery, video and design — is the property of David Maestro unless otherwise stated, and it is protected under Spanish and international intellectual property law. Reuse for commercial purposes requires prior written permission.
Privacy policy
This section explains how your data is handled when you use this website. It follows the EU General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation 2016/679, “GDPR”) and Spain's LOPDGDD (Organic Law 3/2018).

What is collected
- Contact form. The form on the Contact section asks for your name, email, event type, event date and message. Submissions are processed by FormSubmit (Bluebeam LLC) and delivered to David's email inbox. See the FormSubmit service for its own terms.
- Anonymous analytics. If you accept cookies, the site loads Google Tag Manager (container GTM-MMJBJ7N6), which in turn loads Google Analytics 4 with IP anonymisation. It records aggregated visit information (pages, referrer, device class, approximate country). No personal identifiers are stored.
- Server logs. The site is hosted by GitHub Pages, which keeps access logs for its own security purposes. See the GitHub Privacy Statement.
Legal basis and purpose
- Contact form data: legitimate interest and pre-contractual measures. Kept as long as necessary to answer the enquiry and any resulting engagement.
- Analytics: consent, freely given via the cookie banner. Revocable at any time.
Sharing
Data is not sold. It is only shared with the processors named above (FormSubmit, Google, GitHub) which act as data processors under their own compliance frameworks. Google may transfer anonymised data to servers outside the EU under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
Your rights
Under GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, delete, restrict processing, portability and objection. To exercise any of these, write to info@magodavidmaestro.com. You may also file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Authority (AEPD, aepd.es).
